Fanshawe Projects

During my Marketing Management program at Fanshawe, I built a portfolio of projects that allowed me to apply strategy, analytics, and design skills in professional-level contexts. I didn't view these as just an assignment, but as opportunities to experiment, problem-solve, and create. From building an e-commerce site, completing simulations and certifications, to designing full campaign decks, these projects gave me the space to combine creativity with technical marketing skills.

SHOPIFY E-COMMERCE SITE

This project was completed for my Global Marketing course and involved creating a unique Shopify store with listed products that was then made available in another region & language. I developed a store concept I was incredibly proud of and tied the project to my German language minor at Denison University by expanding my shop to Germany.

SEO AUDIT

Completed for my Google Analytics course, this is a full 70+ page site audit for Northway Ford, including technical SEO (full Screaming Frog crawl), user experience testing and recommendations, content development, link building, and final recommendations. I ended the report with a personal touch: an extra creative section introducing my car, “Betty White," a Bronco Sport, a playful nod that brought personality into an otherwise technical audit.

CRM SIMULATION PRESENTATION

Instead of following the provided simulation report template, I built a fully customized presentation deck to communicate my findings and strategy. The project began with simulation data around retention, churn, and customer lifetime value, which I reorganized into a clear strategic narrative. The final presentation told the story of how I shifted from early missteps to a refined retention-first strategy. This project was as much about creative communication as it was about CRM strategy.
